Has anyone grown horseradish. I need some tips because mine didn't do squat this year.

Well, I have had a busy day. Cleaned out the flower bed, pulled the tomato vines and dug the potaotes. Oh, and planted my garlic. Whew!

I love to see "how to" articles on old time traditional crafts/homesteading.

Do you raise any livestock? If so, what?

We have hogs in the Spring. I used to raise sheep also, and when we get moved we will have a whole farmyard of livestock. I now have a flock of laying hens.

Do you raise any of your own food? If so, what?

I have a small vegetable garden and a huge raspberry patch. Once again, when we get moved I will have an orchard, greenhouse, herb, flower, & vegetable gardens.
